February 23, 2026 - It’s been busy at St. John Paul II Academy! Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from last week, capturing the heart of life at JPII.
On Wednesday, JPII entered into the season of Lent with Mass and the reception of ashes. 3rd and 4th grade took a little extra time to pray by visiting the shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows on campus.
5th and 6th grade science has been focused on entomology - the study of bugs - creating giant paper ants as part of a lab on the exoskeletons of insects.
From our Missionary Educators all the way down to our Lower School, JPII made the most of the long-awaited snow days with fort building, sledding, and skiing!
5th & 6th grade boys won their basketball game this morning! They displayed excellent teamwork and sportsmanship, as well as great technical and tactical skills. Well done, Griffins!
Hope you enjoyed this week in the life of JPII. Stay tuned for more glimpses in and out of the classroom as we continue to form saints, fully alive!
